Victoria Bartholomew grew up in Lynchburg and received a degree in urban planning from The College of Architecture and Urban Studies at Virginia Tech. She specializes in historic and downtown properties, has a strong knowledge and experience with local historic district guidelines and procedures, as well as the restoration and renovation process. Victoria can see potential in any project. Victoria "practices what she preaches" as she loves living in the home she is currently restoring in Diamond Hill Historic District.
